Does Olivia sound robotic?

No. Olivia uses modern conversational AI voice technology with natural prosody, real-time turn-taking, and graceful handling of interruptions. Most callers don't realize they're speaking with an AI agent — and when they ask, Olivia tells the truth.

What happens to my existing phone number?

You keep it. Rekva works by call forwarding — you point your existing business line to a dedicated Rekva number, and we route everything else (caller ID, voicemail, call records) just as before. If you want to port your number to us, we support that too.

Is my customer data secure?

Yes. Rekva runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and signed Business Associate Agreements for healthcare customers. Call recordings and transcripts are stored in your account only, never used to train third-party models.

How long does setup take?

Same-day. After checkout, we provision your dedicated Rekva line, configure Olivia with your business info, and walk you through call forwarding via email. Most customers are answering live calls within an hour. For our launch cohort, the founder personally handles every setup so it's done right the first time — no sales calls required.

What if Olivia can't answer a question?

Olivia knows what she doesn't know. For anything outside her scope — clinical questions, complex pricing, billing disputes — she takes a detailed message, sends you an SMS, and offers the caller a callback window. You can also configure live transfer to a staff line during business hours.

What if a caller asks for a human?

Olivia tells the truth. She's an AI agent and she says so when asked. She then offers to take a message and have a human follow up, or to live-transfer to your staff line if you've configured one and it's business hours. Do you support multiple locations?

Yes. The Practice Group plan is built for multi-location groups: separate greetings, calendars, and intake flows per location, with consolidated reporting in one dashboard. Each location keeps its own phone number.

What integrations do you offer?

Calendar: Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Cal.com, and any platform that exposes a public iCal feed. CRM: webhook-based posting to any modern CRM today, with Zapier coming soon. SMS confirmations go out automatically — no extra setup required.

Can I cancel anytime?
